To show the world the light of knowledge, god incarnated as lord hanuman in thretayuga and as bhimasena in dvapara. He directed Vayudeva to incarnate in the Kaliyuga and to look after the well being of good people. Vayudeva, as instructed by god incarnated as 'Vasudeva' in 1238 AD, shalivahana.shake.1260 vilambinama savanthsara ashvayuja shuddadhashami on a wednesday to the couple madhyageha bhat and vedavathi in a place called pajaka, in the south-east direction and eleven km away from Udupi, the land of Lord Parashurama. The baby was preceded with thirty-two sallakshana's. During 5th year Vasudeva was introduced to learning and upanayana was also held. The incarnation of Vayudeva, Vasudeva was well versed with all shastras like a sarvajna. But at the age of 10, he finished gurukula education and received sanyasashrama from Udupi Sri Achyutha preksha at the age of 11. He was named as 'Purnaprajna'. And was also called as 'Anandatirtha madhva'. Acharya moving forward defeated scholars, and winning in different countries, kept dvaita triumphant.
Acharya Madhva, has written 37 granthas. They are famous as sarvamoola grantha.
